Terms of Service


Deep Social is a micro division of So Interactive Web Designs CC. All references to Deep Social in these Terms and Conditions are inclusive of So Interactive. The rights, obligations, and services provided by Deep Social are undertaken by So Interactive Web Designs CC.

Design Revision Policy: As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, each package offered by Deep Social includes up to two (2) design revisions. These revisions allow for adjustments and modifications to the original design based on your feedback to ensure it meets your needs and expectations. If additional revisions beyond these three are requested, it may incur additional costs (From R1200 p/revision). The details of such costs, if applicable, will be communicated to you before further revisions are undertaken. Please note that this policy aims to promote an efficient and effective design process and help us deliver your desired results in a timely manner.

Application Approval Process: We value our commitment to provide high-quality service to all our clients. As part of our onboarding process, every new application is subject to a client vetting process to ensure a good fit between your needs and our services. Please be informed that the application approval may take between 3 to 5 working days. This duration allows us to conduct due diligence, which is integral in maintaining the high standards of service we promise to our clients. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

Additional Services: At Deep Social, we strive to provide a complete and comprehensive suite of social media services. While our packages have been curated to address most of your social media needs, we understand that your requirements might extend beyond the scope of these packages. Therefore, additional services can be purchased as add-ons to any package. Alternatively, you can also purchase these services individually, separate from the packages. This allows us to tailor our offerings to suit your unique needs and objectives better.

Payment Terms: Payments for all services are due quarterly in advance. The client consents to pay the entire amount for the chosen package and any add-on services elected.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Subscriptions may be cancelled by the client at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on financial implications of cancellation. Due to the nature of services provided, we typically cannot offer refunds for cancellations. Clients may discontinue the use of our services at the conclusion of their paid period.

Notice: Any formal notice under this Agreement must be in written format and is considered given upon receipt of an email to the address the client provides.

Data and Privacy: We respect our clients' privacy and are committed to protecting their data. All client data is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: The laws of South Africa govern this Agreement. Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unsuccessful, the dispute may be submitted to a competent South African court.Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, replacing all prior agreements concerning the matters explicitly set forth herein. Changes to this Agreement require written form and the signatures of both parties.

Refund Policy

At Deep Social, we are committed to providing a top-tier service to our clients. As such, we've built our refund policy to be transparent and fair:

Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of our digital services, which involve personalised work and immediate consumption, all services and packages are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Upfront Costs: As our services often involve upfront work and costs, we are unable to offer refunds for any payments made.

Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. However, please note that you will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion of the services. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Changes to Services: If you wish to downgrade, upgrade, or change your package or add-on services, no refunds will be issued for the difference in cost for the current billing cycle. The new billing rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Exceptions: Any exceptions to this refund policy will be at the sole discretion of Deep Social and must be requested in writing.
